低熱硅酸鹽水泥是一種由適當成分的硅酸鹽水泥熟料和適量石膏制成的低水化熱水硬膠凝材料。簡稱低熱水泥，又稱高貝利特水泥。低熱硅酸鹽水泥是一種以硅酸二鈣為主導礦物，鋁酸三鈣含量低的水泥。該品種水泥具有能耗低、有害氣體排放少、生產成本低的特點。經過大量的研究和實驗，該品種水泥具有工作性好、水化熱低、后期強度高、耐久性高、耐腐蝕性高等無與倫比的優點。
